Emotional Eating

Natural Route Health is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom group meeting with Zoe Klein.

We’re inviting you to a brief, supportive workshop focused on the emotional side of eating — especially for women navigating medical conditions, hormonal changes, and the ongoing demands of daily life.

Many people living with conditions such as thyroid disorders, PCOS, hormonal imbalances, chronic stress, or medical dietary needs notice that eating becomes emotionally charged. This workshop is designed to help you understand why that happens and how to respond with care — without adding more rules, guilt, or pressure.

In this 30-minute therapist-led session, we will explore:

  • How stress, hormones, and emotional load affect eating patterns

  • Why emotional eating often increases during medical treatment or dietary changes

  • How to recognize emotional needs that show up around food

  • Simple ways to communicate needs and ask for support

  • Tools for emotional regulation when food choices are medically limited

This workshop does not promote restrictive eating or non-diet approaches. It supports men and women who are following medical nutrition guidance while also needing emotional support, relief, and understanding.
