The Metabolic Reset Program is a 12-week structured clinical program designed to support metabolic health through personalized, evidence-informed care.
Using a step-by-step framework, you’ll gain both clinical insight and practical tools to support meaningful and sustainable lifestyle change.

Throughout the program you will have 4 consultations Dr. Hawar Bakhishi, ND, RN. These consultations will be focused on assessment, personalized guidance, and progress monitoring.
Visits with a Naturopathic Doctor may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefit plans.

We will layout an Individualized Metabolic Health Plan to guide you over our 12 week program (and beyond). Furthermore, we will detail nutrition and lifestyle strategies tailored to you!

This program is delivered as a 4-visit clinical structure over 12 weeks. Total Naturopathic Doctor Fees for the program is $605.
Visits may be eligible for insurance reimbursement.

Optional Exercise Support
Program participants have the option to include supervised exercise through Prescribed Exercise Clinic at an additional cost.
1 Session per Week (12 Weeks) - $180
2 Sessions per Week (12 Weeks) - $360
Small-group sessions (up to 8 participants) are designed to support safe, effective movement and metabolic fitness.
Scheduling & Payment Policy
All program visits are scheduled at the start of the program to support continuity, planning, and organization of both the initial assessment and follow-up visits.
One reschedule is permitted during the program for personal reasons or emergency circumstances.
Each visit is billed separately at the end of the session.

Exercise sessions are additional and paid directly to Prescribed Exercise Clinic.
