Foundations for Growing Bodies & Minds

A supportive, personalized approach to your child’s health, development, and well-being.

Foundations for Growing Bodies & Minds

Supporting your child’s health can sometimes feel overwhelming — especially when you’re navigating challenges with focus, behaviour, sleep, digestion, or emotional regulation.

Foundations for Growing Bodies & Minds is designed to offer a clear and supportive path forward.

This is not a rigid program, but a guided, personalized approach that helps you better understand your child’s needs and build strong, sustainable foundations over time.

Every child is different — and so is every family.

This program focuses on understanding patterns and supporting the foundations that influence your child’s overall well-being, including nutrition, sleep, daily routines, and nervous system regulation.

Care is always:

  • Individualized to your child

  • Focused on practical, manageable changes

  • Supportive of the whole child — not just one concern

  • Designed to evolve as your child grows

A Thoughtful Approach to Children’s Health

What This Program Can Support

☑️ Challenges with focus and attention

☑️ Emotional regulation or behavioural patterns

☑️ Sleep difficulties

☑️ Frequent illness or immune challenges

☑️ Skin concerns

☑️ Digestive concerns or picky eating

How This Program Works

This is a 3-visit care pathway designed to provide both guidance and ongoing support.

Visit 1: Understanding Your Child

60–90 minutes

This initial visit allows us to take a comprehensive look at your child’s health and daily patterns.

We will explore:

  • Health history, current concerns, and routines

  • Nutrition, sleep, digestion, and lifestyle factors

  • Patterns that may be contributing to what you’re seeing

From there, you’ll receive a personalized plan with practical, realistic strategies tailored to your child and your family.

Visit 2: Building Foundations

30-45 minutes (Typically 3–4 weeks later)

This visit focuses on supporting implementation and building consistency.

We will:

  • Review how things have been going at home

  • Address any challenges or questions

  • Refine and adjust strategies as needed

Visit 3: Ongoing Support & Adjustments

30 minutes (Typically 6–8 weeks from initial visit)

As your child’s needs evolve, so should their care.

This visit allows us to:

  • Reassess patterns and progress

  • Continue building on foundations

  • Adjust recommendations to support ongoing development
