Insurance & Extended Health Coverage

Most extended health care (EHC) plans in Ontario provide coverage for the services of Naturopathic Doctors, Registered Psychotherapists, and Acupuncturists. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to confirm your annual limits.

Direct Billing Made Simple

To make your experience as seamless as possible, we offer direct billing for most major insurance providers. If your plan allows for it, we can submit your claim at the time of your appointment so you only pay the remaining balance.

Laboratory & Diagnostic Fees

Please note that specialized functional testing—such as SIBO breath tests, Dutch hormone panels, or comprehensive blood work—is billed separately from consultation fees. Your practitioner will always discuss the cost and clinical value of a test before it is ordered.

Our Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the opening to other patients on our waiting list. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
