Providing thoughtful, collaborative mental health support to help you build emotional resilience, manage life transitions, and strengthen wellbeing in a safe, supportive therapeutic space.
About Me
I am a Registered Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals through emotional, relational, and life-stress challenges with care and professionalism. I provide a supportive and validating environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore your experiences while developing meaningful tools for growth.
My approach is rooted in evidence-informed psychotherapy, thoughtfully tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I work with adults and adolescents navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem challenges, and interpersonal or family stressors. I believe that healing often develops through compassionate support, reflective exploration, and collaborative strategies that help create sustainable, positive changes in daily life.
In session, I draw from evidence-informed therapeutic principles associated with cognitive and behavioural approaches, including CBT-informed and DBT-informed strategies, as well as trauma-informed perspectives. When clinically appropriate, trauma-focused and EMDR-informed concepts may be considered as part of individualized treatment planning.
My work emphasizes strengths-based care, resilience building, and the development of practical coping skills to help you address current concerns while strengthening your ability to manage future challenges. My goal is to support you in finding greater clarity, practical strategies, and a stronger sense of agency within the therapeutic process.
You may benefit from working with me if you are experiencing:
Anxiety, worry, or persistent stress
Depression or low mood
Life transitions or adjustment challenges

Self-esteem or emotional wellbeing concerns

Eating disorder–related concerns
