Natural Route Health is conveniently located at 734 Arlington Park Place, just off Gardiners Road in Kingston.

When you arrive, you’ll find us at the end of Arlington Park Place. Natural Route Health is a shoes-off clinic, so feel free to bring indoor shoes or slippers, or use one of the pairs of Crocs we have available at the clinic.

By Bus

Our clinic is accessible by Kingston Transit, with several routes serving the Gardiners Road area. Routes 1, 2, 7, 12, and 18 provide access to stops within the surrounding area, with a short walk to the clinic.
