Join us for these restorative experiences: through sounds, songs and guided meditation, you'll have the chance to recharge as your body slips into a relaxed state. Sound Therapy is a great place to start for anyone looking to reduce stress & anxiety. Sound bathers usually find they're able to release tension and leave the experience feeling lighter, grounded and relaxed.

Recommendations

For our in-office South Bath sessions please bring the following:

  • Yoga or other mat to lay on

  • Eye cover or pillow

  • Blanket, pillow and props

  • Anything else you need to be as comfortable as possible
